Can I Change My Shipping Address After Placing An Order?
We cannot revise your shipping address after you have processed or placed your order. Please update your current shipping address to your residential instead of business as we are unsure of how long the destination’s customs department will take with the package.
How Do I Track My Order?
If you placed an order with us, we will immediately email you the tracking information once it is available. You should receive your tracking number approximately 24 hours after we have sent your purchase.
When Will My Order Arrive?
The shipping time is determined by the delivery method that you have selected. We will send tracking information to you the next day once the order has been sent, as tracking data is available 24 hours after we have delivered it. Delays caused by your customs agency are not our responsibility.
Is My Order Eligible For Free Shipping?
To receive free shipping, your order must meet the minimum amount required and cannot include any discounted or sale items. Your order will be shipped using economy shipping.
How Do I Return An Item?
If you’re dissatisfied with an item you bought and want to return it, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number as well as the reason for your return. our customer service staff will review the request and provide any further instructions if it is authorized. For a list of final sale items, please see our returns policy. All returns must be in brand-new, unopened condition with all packaging intact.
Will Shipping Be Covered For My Returns?
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees and other additional charges.

If you don’t love what you ordered from us, no problem! You have 30 days to return or exchange your item(s), starting from the day you receive your order. The only exception is if shipping fees were involved – in that case, the seller or purchaser would be responsible for those charges.
If you are returning items that were a part of a promotional discount or bundled, we will accept the return. However, the value of the
discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.
If the consumer causes the return, they should be responsible for the shipping charge. The cost should be determined by the express carrier you select. If due to reasons beyond our control, the items delivered are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to pay for return shipping. Consumers will not be charged a restocking fee if they return a product.
We welcome returns and exchanges, though you don’t need the authorization to do so. However, feel free to contact us if you have questions about the process.
Please note the following:
1. You may only return or exchange an item if it is brand-new, unused, and in perfect condition with all original accessories and packaging intact, including a physical copy of the receipt along with the package’s tracking number.
2. You, the customer, must pre-pay shipping for any merchandise you return.
3. Our standard return policy is that it takes 5-7 business days to process the item once we have received it.
4. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that you send to us for return or exchange, so we recommend purchasing insurance from your shipper.
5. We are not liable for any damage done to items as a result of improper use that does not follow the listed directions or established practice.
6. If you use it, you can’t return it. If there’s something wrong with it, like damage or a defect, you have to send if back to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
If you request a return, you will receive an email confirmation that the return has been processed. We will begin the return process within two business days once we have received your information. And we will refund you within one business day of receiving your tracking number for the returned item.
After you have exchanged an item, you will receive a confirmation email saying that the new items have been shipped to you.
